If you are looking for how to make life easier, better, happier, less stressful and more joyful, you are not alone. And maybe SHH can help!
The Simplify-Healthify-Happify system was created over a 10 year period when I completely transformed my life from stressed mom working a demanding corporate job in Toronto and hardly having time for my family and fun, to 100% Happy every day. It started with the realization that, although great and successful in many ways, my life was not my dream life. I wanted things to change but I did not know how. Hence, the 10 years to figure out how to live, feel and be 100% Happy everyday. Yes, it is possible. It is actually quite easy, if you stop what is not serving you, and create systems, and practices that take you there. The catch: you "have to" do it forever.
Let me guide you to reach that 100% Happy place - which is not a destination by the way - in much less time than it took me. Well, I actually don't know how long it will take you, but the crucial part is to start. In a way it does not matter how long it takes, because once you start the SHH journey you realize Life is just beginning!

You will discover how to remove things in each area that are not serving you, so you have more time to do and be who you want to become.
The motto of this pillar is: with clarity, less is more.
With the Healthify pillar you transform your relationship to your body. You start by assessing where you are in the 5 pillars of health:
Mind
Exercise
Nutrition
Sleep
Personal Brand
Then you embody the person you want to be in 10 years time, which guides you to create a daily habits plan to get you there.
The motto is: baby steps, consistently.
In the Happify pillar you look at 12 areas that make up your life, create a Life Vision that inspires you and is aligned with your values, and learn how to implement a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly system that moves you towards your Life Vision. You become 100% Happy, which does not mean everything is perfect, but rather that you are
